Return & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If within one year of purchase, your glasses frames or lenses have any defects relating to material or production faults, we will repair or replace them for you, free of charge.

 

Change of mind? Don’t worry and we’ll happily return (refund) your full-priced Sunnies, Blue Light Glasses & glasses frames within 30 days of delivery. Please continue reading for the OZ COOL EYEWEAR guidelines on 1. Change of Mind and 2. Faulty or defective item returns.

 

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. A valid proof of purchase must be provided upon return. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return.

 

1. Change of Mind returns:

We offer the following return options for Change of Mind returns:

  • Exchange: Swap your product for an alternative item.
  • Store Credit: Receive a store credit valid for one year from the date of issue.

Conditions of returns/exchanges for change of mind are subject to:

  • Item must be in its original condition- Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set
  • Product must be in original packaging inclusive of wrapping and box
  • Items purchased under a SALE are not eligible for exchange, store credit, and refunds due to a change of mind.
  • Products bought using a COUPON are also non-returnable in cases of change of mind (excluding products purchased on promotional offers).

Upon the return, the product will be inspected for quality control. If the product has been used or is no longer in a resalable condition, we are unable to provide an exchange or store credit.

 

2. Faulty or Defective Item returns:

If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, such as a broken pump or missing component- Please return within the 30 days period as stated above. A valid proof of purchase must be provided upon return.

We offer the following return options for Faulty or Defective Items:

  • Exchange: Swap the faulty or defective product for a replacement.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit that is valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Refund: Obtain a refund for the faulty or defective product.
  • Replacement: A replacement of faulty device under the warranty period (of 1 year from the date of purchase) will be provided after the supplier has confirmed the product as faulty and that the customer has actioned all the correct steps to claim and validate the warranty upon purchase. No refund and No credit will be issued for products under warranty, and/or when the warranty period has passed. Please note this option is only available for products and devices under warranty. 

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. In cases where a Gift Card or eGift Card was used for the purchase, the refund will be issued as another Gift Card.

3. How to Initiate an Online Return

1) To initiate a return via post, please contact us at customercare@ozcooleyewear.com.au and provide the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Item(s) to Return
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos Identifying Defect (If applicable)

The instructions on how to proceed with the postal return from that point will be provided by email.

2) Once request approved, you will be emailed a return label. Pack your items, print the return label and attach it to the parcel.

3) Return your parcel at the nearest Australia Post office.

 

Please Note:

All sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or merchandise credit. 

 

RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE DURING A 'BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE' PROMOTION

Returns are subject to our returns policy. Products purchased during a 'Buy one, get one free' promotion (BOGO) must be returned with the Promotional Product, both in its original packaging. In the case where only one item is returned, the Promotional Savings will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit is 50% of your original purchase, excluding shipping cost.

 

A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive confirmation by email when your return is completed. Shipping and other charges are non-refundable. We will refund the full amount if the product you received was damaged or faulty. For change of mind returns, we will deduct a $10 shipping charge from the total refund amount.
